The DSHB01 multi-needle quilting machine is specially designed for sewing various large thermal blankets required for vegetable greenhouse tents, automotive fresh-keeping transportation, construction projects, and more. This machine features a gantry frame structure and uses a special synchronous double-needle head, driven by a spiral bevel gear, ensuring smooth operation and low noise. Each machine head has an independent thread picking mechanism and uses a large rotary shuttle to form a double-thread lock stitch. The overall structure of the machine is compact, and it is easy to operate, making it an efficient large-scale thermal blanket sewing equipment.
Performance Advantages
The DSHB01 multi-needle quilting machine is a series product that can process various models with a width of 2-4 meters, sewing 8-26 lines simultaneously in one go, with a line spacing of 150 millimeters.
This machine uses specially customized needles and a large rotary shuttle, allowing for a large thread capacity, with one bottom thread change able to sew 120 meters. The special needles ensure that there will be no skipped stitches or threads at any stitch length.
The maximum sewing thickness is 50mm, and the stitch length can be adjusted between 10-40mm, with even and flat stitches that are firmly combined, fully meeting the quality requirements for thermal blankets.
This machine uses an electromagnetic speed control system, making it easy to operate and maintain, with a speed adjustable from 15 stitches/min to 156 stitches/min. The normal sewing speed can reach 80 stitches/min, with a stitch length of 35mm, allowing for 2.8 meters of sewing in one minute.
The special synchronous double needle head and its independent thread picking mechanism can improve sewing speed and reduce overall machine noise, making the machine operate more stably and reliably.
